Whilst it can be tempting to skip ahead to any lessons that may speak directly to the problem or challenge you are looking to address, this course has been designed as structured process to give you exactly what you need in the right order to get the result you are looking for.
2. There is no need to rush - take the time you need to go through this course. There are no prizes for finishing first. There is a big prize from getting the most benefit. We are programmed to think there is benefit in rushing through. But this actually blocks and limits our progress. 
3. Apply, apply, apply - One of the lies we get told is that knowledge is power. This is wrong! Only applied knowledge is power. The truth is we don't truly know anything until we've applied it. There's some very powerful research which shows that the single biggest predictor of success in anything is the amount of time between learning something and applying it. The shorter the time, firstly the more likely you are to actually apply it at all, but secondly the quicker you apply it and get the result the more deeply you will integrate what you have learned into your life and so get the greatest results, benefits and value.
